Eligibility:

  1. Holds at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Banking, Accounting or a related qualification equivalent from an IPT and IPTS recognized by MQA.
  2. Experience of at least 5 years in the areas of Banking, Finance, Risk Management and Marketing operations.
  3. Honors in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia level.
  4. Able to perform tasks within a set time period and can work in an environment with minimal supervision.

Bidang Tugas:

  1. Ensure the branch achieves the set targets.
  2. Implement strategies to achieve branch goals in accordance with the CBP Operating Guidelines (GPO).
  3. Ensure and manage the running of branch banking operations are always in order and comply with the rules set.
  4. Process funding applications received in accordance with the policies and regulations that have been set from time to time.
  5. Organize, plan and manage marketing activities at the GST Branch level.
  6. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and guidelines as well as established policies and procedures.
  7. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.

Eligibility:

Field of work:

  1. Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager to manage and ensure that the operation of the branch is always in order, comply with the rules that have been set from time to time and achieve the targets that have been set.
  2. Responsible for helping to ensure that all staff are disciplined, follow instructions and have the initiative to always strive to develop the branch in particular and CBP in general.
  3. Provide daily cash position at the branch and ensure the physical cash balance position is the same as the report in the operations division.
  4. Provide bank adjustment statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  5. Review the relevant reports and ensure each transaction is transferred to the correct account ledger on a daily basis for review and verification by the Branch Manager.
  6. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time

  4. Conduct research on the local banking product market and identify available marketing opportunities.
  5. Process and ensure customer financing application documents are completed as stipulated in the Operating Guidelines (GPO).
  6. Perform credit assessment for all financing applications and ensure they are implemented correctly.
  7. Introduce financing products and fee-based products through ‘cross selling’. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.

  1. Ensure that approved funding is disbursed as stipulated in the Operating Guidelines (GPO).
  2. Ensure that all documents related to funding are completed and filed properly.
  3. Review, monitor and carry out collection and follow-up work to prevent accounts from entering the Non-Performing Financing (PTB) category according to the set targets.
  4. Ensure collection work is done on accounts in arrears of 5 months and below.
  5. Provide monthly and current reports on non -performing financing accounts at the branch as prescribed.
  6. Control and monitor overdue accounts and PTB in accordance with the Operating Guidelines (GPO) of the control unit.
  7. Prepare, monitor and ensure that the prescribed daily and monthly reports are completed within the prescribed period.
  8. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.

  1. Responsible for ensuring that each operations clerk in the branch performs operational duties at the counter.
  2. Ensure all documents received from the Operations Clerk are checked during counter closing before being sent to the Assistant Branch Manager for verification.
  3. Increase sales in the operations division by promoting Coopbank Persatuan’s fee-based products through ‘cross selling’.
  4. Responsible for preparing daily cash position by checking the balance of financial position in the current account of the branch as well as cash in the branch during the absence of the Assistant Branch Manager.
  5. Responsible for the opening/ closing of vaults to withdraw money and cash boxes of the Operations Clerk during the opening and closing of branch counters
  6. Receive and execute instructions and assignments from time to time.

  4. Monitor and ensure that financing accounts are not categorized as Non-Performing Financing (PTB) according to the set targets.
  5. Acting as a ‘relief teller’. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.

Kelayakan:

  1. Receive, identify and review customer information with identification.
  2. Test each gold jewellery through marhun quality verification test by using testing tools namely densimeter, acid, black stone, magnet and other reasonable methods.
  3. Enter customer information into the Ar Rahnu system. Print and check the Charge Declaration Letter (SAG) ensuring the charge information is accurate and correct as is the identification and quantity of gold jewellery to be mortgaged.
  4. Arranging, arranging and handing over gold jewellery envelopes to the Head of Operations Unit/ Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager for inspection and verification.
  5. Promote Ar Rahnu products from time to time.
  6. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.

  4. Manage the payment of fixed deposit profits and investment profits of I-Tawarruq term deposit certificates of mature clients.
